• Built by Hopwood Motorsport, with approximately 3,000 miles since rebuild.

Turbo Setup

• Holset HX40 14cm Super Core Turbo
• Turbosmart 50mm external wastegate (welded into exhaust housing).
• Kangaroo twin-scroll manifold.
• Supporting mods:
  • Turbo blanket
  • 3.5” dump pipe into a 3.5” exhaust system with one back box (wastegate rerouted into downpipe, screamer blank available).
  • Bosch 1000cc injectors
  • Hellcat 450LPH fuel pump in BMW E39 cradle.
  • AEM fuel regulator
  • Nuke high-flow billet fuel rail (designed for M54).
  • Big front-mount intercooler and stealth oil cooler (E39 mounts).

Standalone ECU and Electronics

• Link Fury X Standalone ECU with custom motorsport-grade loom (by Phill at XDR).

Transmission and Drivetrain

• Hopwood Motorsport twin-plate clutch with a single-mass billet flywheel (rated for 1000Nm).
• ZF 5-speed gearbox with solid mounts.
• Short shifter installed.

Brakes

• 530D brake system with:
  • New discs and pads all around.
  • ATE fluid.
  • Braided lines.

Wheels and Tires

• Genuine BMW Style 32 wheels (chrome powder-coated).
• PS5 235/40/18 tires (front).
• 651 semi-slicks 265/35/18 (rear).

Exterior

• Full HM Sport Aero body kit.

Fuel and Maintenance

• Always run on:
  • 10W60 Millers race oil.
  • 99-octane fuel.
